Luis “Seny” Jimenez brings over 40 years of hands-on landscaping experience and entrepreneurial leadership to J Bros as a Senior Advisor. Having successfully operated his own independent landscaping business for decades, he represents the foundation upon which J Bros was built.
While not involved in daily operations, Seny provides strategic guidance, technical insight, and mentorship—ensuring the next generation upholds the standards of craftsmanship, discipline, and integrity he instilled from a young age. His experience anchors J Bros in real-world expertise and a deeply rooted understanding of the trade.
Luis E. Jimenez
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Luis E. Jimenez is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of J Bros Landscaping. A lifelong landscaper, Luis began working in the field at the age of 13, developing a deep, practical understanding of property care and client needs. He is a graduate of Pacifica Christian High School (Class of 2025) and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Santa Monica College.
Luis oversees day-to-day operations, estimates, and service execution. Known for his strong negotiation skills and disciplined work ethic, he serves as the primary point of contact during on-site consultations and ensures projects are delivered efficiently and to standard. J Bros also represents a long-term investment in Luis’s continued education and professional development as a business leader.
Andrew Jimenez
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Jimenez is the Founder and CEO of J Bros Landscaping. Born and raised in Inglewood, California, Andrew grew up immersed in the landscaping trade through his family’s multi-decade legacy. He combines hands-on field experience with a formal business education and professional consulting background.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and brings over 17 years of experience in lawn care, along with 4 years of white-glove consulting experience focused on process, client service, and operational excellence. At J Bros, Andrew leads company strategy, client relationships, and long-term growth initiatives—ensuring every project reflects professionalism, transparency, and care.
